FAQs
Who can invest on The Triangle?
Accredited investors, as defined under U.S. securities rules. International investors are welcome subject to applicable exemptions and local requirements. Every investor is reviewed by our team before their profile goes live.
How do I get my own investor page?
Sign in with Google, complete your investor profile and choose your page address. Our team reviews new investors within two business days. Once approved, your firm has its own page at /investor/your-firm that you can share anywhere.
How are startups reviewed?
Founders build a profile that our team reviews before it appears to investors, typically within two to three business days. You can add documents to your deal room as soon as you sign up.
What legal help can I request?
Agreements and notes, incorporation, founder agreements and contracts. Request a service from your dashboard and we confirm scope and fee before any work begins.
Does The Triangle hold funds or give investment advice?
No. The Triangle is a connector and facilitator. It does not hold funds, issue securities or provide investment advice, and it is not a party to agreements between companies and investors. Funds move directly between the investor and the company.
